I had a great time. We travelled for my husband's birthday to Budapest and it was a lovely time. The staff were all round friendly and helpful. They made his birthday so special and gave us tips to make the trip enjoyable.

Outstanding property

This is an outstanding property with exceptional staff and is centrally located. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options and the rooms were modern and very clean. I really can't imagine a better value.

The accommodation was very good and the staff was super friendly. The only downside of our room was the shower which spilled water out of the shower every time you showered.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel. Friendly and very helpful. Good location to walk in any direction. Loved our stay. Room large and comfortable. Lots of surfaces to organise luggage. Bathroom great (only small improvement - shower could do with an extension arm beyond shelf).

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man kommt sehr schnell zur Metro, als auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß hin. Das Hotel ist leise gelegen und auch in einer sicheren und sauberen Gegend, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war sauber und täglich kam ein Zimmerservice, welcher sorgfältig und gründlich geputzt hat. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend und hat bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Jeden morgen gab es einen abwechslungsreichen Frühstück, bei dem jeden was dabei war. Leider waren Gerichte, wie z.B. Rührei, gebratene Champignons...), die eigentlich warm sein sollten, immer sehr kalt. Zudem gab es auch keine fertigen geschälten Früchte zum Schokobrunnen. Im Bad war leider der Wasserdruck ziemlich niedrig und das Wasser hat stark nach Chlor geschmeckt als auch gerochen. Die Klimaanlage hat bei uns nicht richtig funktioniert, hat man sie höher eingestellt, so kam nicht wirklich warme Luft raus, hat man sie kälter eingestellt, kam maximal die Lufttemperatur von draußen, aber nicht kälter. Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip, jederzeit weiter empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!:)

From pre-arrival communication to post check-out the staff has been extremely professional, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel was walking distance to most touristic sites, restaurants and cafes. Room sizes are generous and amenities at the roof level were a treat to use. Thank you.

Nice hotel in a quiet area but within walkable distance to all the tourist spots. Room was of a nice size - carpet could do with a good clean (brown probably not a good choice!). However, sound proofing not fantastic - I could hear the neighbouring room and people coming back late at night talking in the corridors - not somewhere for sensitive sleepers

El hotel no está muy céntrico aunque si tiene una estación de metro muy cerca. La zona a simple vista no es la más agradable pero si es segura, alrededor hay restaurantes por lo que si hay gente caminando. El hotel en sí es sumamente seguro y limpio, se puede dormir muy bien porque no hay ruido. El desayuno vale la pena, está completo.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking and the room was very warm. It was too noisy to keep the door open overnight.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Die Mitarbeiter sind das Aushängeschild des Hotels. Ihnen gilt allerhöchstes Lob. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist sehr nett, ebenso wie der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Rund um die Uhr wurde gratis Tee angeboten (bei früheren Aufenthalten im Sommer gab es Zitronenwasser) und -solange der Vorrat reichte - auch Gebäck. Die Zimmer werden zentral beheizt. Uns war es nachts ein wenig zu warm. Mit geöffneter Tür zum französischen Balkon ging es jedoch.

Great Room with the best Breakfast

I was there during the winter and the heat system with heated floor in the bathroom helped a lot. The room was very warm, clean, quite big and extremely quiet. The attendants were very nice and definitely the best was the Breakfast. For this price you will not find such quality breakfast in Hungary.

The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again!
