Very nice lobby area with live music in the afternoon. Spacious and fantastic looks room. Great location accessible to shopping and tourist area.

Overall very nice!Great location, good staff and nice options within the hotel to eat and drink

Tram station is 1-2 mins walk, infront of the river bank . Close to shopping area and wide variety of dining available. Walking distance to central market hall

Wonderful stay , perfect top to bottom

Smooth check in and fabulous customer service from beginning to end. Super comfy beds and clean rooms, excellent housekeeping. Very friendly staff at breakfast and delicious food. Will definitely return again Thank you

This is my second time staying in the hotel. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient

Amazing stay!

Everything was excellent especially the location of the hotel. Breakfast was superb. front desk staffs i would say not as hospitable as many other hotels i have been to. We were 2 ladies with big luggages. there were steps to go to the lift but none helped us.

A beautiful hotel with modern interior design in its rooms—nothing more could be asked for; it was simply perfect. My wife and I were touched by the thoughtful welcome gifts and notes. We truly appreciate the kind gesture!
