I can only thank the staff of this establishment for the treatment my wife, our little one, and I received during our stay. The staff was always very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with every comfort. The property is truly halfway between Heroes' Square and the City Center, both easily reachable on foot. There's a small supermarket for emergencies, an excellent Italian restaurant, and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. The international breakfast offered both sweet and savory options. Truly excellent service.

We loved everything about our stay here. Our suite was beautiful, clean and roomy. The front desk was helpful with recommendations and friendly. Convenient location close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was convenient and a good value. We also appreciated the refund of the first night's stay due to rescheduling our flight. Would stay again and recommend.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable suite. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff were friendly and very helpful, great room service pizza and a wonderful location within easy walking distance of St Stephen’s one way and Heroes Square the other. Budapest is an amazing city and we had a wonderful week at this hotel!

Everything you need supplied in the apartment. Quiet and relaxed. Free coffee from machine in reception a bonus. We didn't have breakfast but it did look delicious. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our first time in Budapest and what a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with a young child and found it to be perfect. The apartments were well fitted and really clean. The location was great for us, with the main sights within a 30 minute walk. The air con was a bit temperamental but that could’ve been user error! Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Budapest

Like a home from home, with kitchen, dining room and living room area. Our room had wonderful high ceilings and there was plenty of space for the three of us to hang out. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and then three short stops to the main tourist area. There are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby Oktogon neighbourhood.

The hotel was very close to a metro stop and near many of the main attractions. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was good, hot and cold continental and you also had access to hot drinks 24/7. There was a courtyard with seating which I am sure would be great in warmer weather ( we went at Christmas)The room was spacious with each bedroom having its own en suite, the beds were comfy and the sound proofing coupled with being off a main road meant it was very quiet. Room could have been a bit better cleaned, hair round the sink, some sort of coffee stains on the bedroom curtains but nothing horrendous.

Comfortable stay

Very nice stay. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Trains are loud and can be heard all day and night, although they became white noise eventually. Light sleepers probably won’t like them. Good location. Wish there were extra pillows and blankets. Great wifi.

Excellent Apartment-type Accommodation

Stayed here on a city-break. We were put in one of the newly refurbished rooms and were impressed with the large amount of space and overall standard of the accommodation. We did not try breakfast or other meal options, but the kitchen in the apartment was sufficient to make our own breakfast using items bought from the supermarket just down the road. Handily located near to a Metro stop. Great choice if you are visiting Budapest.

Very nice property indeed. Would definitely stay again if ever in Budapest. Only complaint is that we got in early and waited almost an entire day to check in. There was no urgency at all to get us settled in before 3 p.m. As it turned out we did not get into our suite until closer to 5 pm.

Stunning property very nice and helpful staff house keepers were exceptional, we had a gorgeous apartment some minor notes would be we had some issues with our showers, the AC isn’t very good at all made it quite hard to relax and sleep and the TV was dated. Overall despite those little issues it is a lovely property in a good location that’s very cost friendly and is visually lovely!
