"The lorikeet suite I booked is excellent. Clean, nice with a small outdoor courtyard where we can sit and relax. The food served at the hotel restaurant is good quality and tasty. Although we faced the hot water issue, but the way the hotel handled the issue is very satisfactory. Highly recommend it to my friends and will come to stay next time when we are at Kangaroo Valley."

"I have never given a place 10/10 before until now. Even the most beautiful locations often have a few things against them. There isn't a single thing I could fault about the accommodation. We stayed in the treetops lodge and every single little detail is taken care of. The spa is magnificent even in winter and the bath inside the lodge is even nicer. The view from every part of the lodge is fantastic and there is complete privacy. The bed is so comfortable and the amenities are perfect. Simple things like having oil and spices for cooking, cereal and milk if you want a snack, premium body wash, sony tv, modern bathroom, beautiful fireplace and heating. the grounds of the property are equally impressive. They are well manicured with the robot lawnmower doing it's job and local kangaroos visit in the afternoon. The trip into twon is an easy 8 min drive and there are plenty of great cafes and restaurants. And the owner Nick is so easy to deal with. We had to move our stay forward a day due to family commitments and he was so accommodating. For couples and families I cant think of a better place to stay for a weekend. For us it was absolutely perfect."
