"Lovely position in Exmouth couple of minute to the beach - and with a sea view room we could hear the sea. Bit dated, but room was spotless clean, staff were really friendly, 100% staying again"

"Perfect location for another of our short Theatre stays in Sidmouth, we had a great stopover which also included a dip in the sea just over the road from the hotel. Our room was perfect, (we have stayed in this room previously) lovely large comfy bed, super clean and equipped bathroom, shower pressure was a little low maybe due to the weather not sure, however all perfect for our stay and once again the staff were lovely and very helpful. Thanks"
