"A equipe do hostel é muito prestativa. O único inconveniente foi não poder deixar a minha mochila guardada no hostel antes de fazer o check in. Perdi horas sem saber o que fazer e pra onde ir com a minha mala. Eles deveriam ter um depósito. Sim, fala-se na descrição que a recepção não é 24 horas mas não tem avisos claros sobre a bagagem. Entrei em contato com a propriedade e disseram que não poderiam me receber antes nem para deixar a mochila mesmo eu não fazendo o check in."

"Beautiful modern new hotel, lovely room, very comfortable bed, great waterfall shower. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop pool. Only downside is location next to a main road but otherwise it was a great choice."

"The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay."

"We visited from the Los Angeles area of California. This was our first time to Budva and staying at your hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted very kindly from all of the hotel staff we encountered. We arrived very early (07;30) and we knew that we could not check-in until 15:00. The receptionist was very kind to tell us that they would have a room ready for us within an hour. We walked around the property a little bit, familiarizing ourselves with the campus while our room was getting ready. We were escorted to our room by a very kind bellhop, and much to our surprise we realized that we were upgraded from a regular, "sea view room" to a beautiful "Sea View Villa". The view of old-town Budva from our bedroom and balcony were like a scene from an old postcard. One of our favorite things, while staying at the Avala Hotel, was going to breakfast each morning. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! We had never seen as many different choices in a buffet before. The hotel has a private beach which includes lounge chairs and sun-umbrellas to guests of the Hotel. Also there are 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), including a Spa Center, Gym and other wonderful amenities. The Hotel is located just a couple of footsteps from the walls of the Old Town. The architecture and ambience of the hotel, while done very nicely in a modern style, captures the essence and charm of the centuries-old town. We highly recommend staying at the Avala Hotel."

Merit Starlit Hotel Casino & SPA

"The staff at the hotel and concierge were extremely helpful and we had a great experience! The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provides access to private beach! However, there was an incident on our last night where the fire alarm went off at 1AM. All the hotel guests were evacuated and we ended up exiting from the casino in the hotel. The staff at the casino were extremely rude and did not provide instructions on how to exit the building at all. They all stood there and looked at all the hotel guests, then another staff from casino were rushing to get us out of the casino, not providing any instructions on where and what to do to get out of the building. Clearly the staff at the casino weren't trained to respond in this situation."

"From the minute we arrived we were taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. The staff at Infinity helped us with all of our requests and inquiries during the entirety of our stay, everything from arranging dinner reservations to car rides and even suggesting sights/restaurants. One day we expressed interest in going to Jaz beach and everything was arranged for us - a personal driver took us there and back and when at the beach we were completely taken care of. I can say with 100% honesty that every staff member was so kind and helpful that by the end of our stay we genuinely felt like family. Not only was the staff excellent but so were the amenities of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the balconies also provided such a spectacular view of the city, the pool was breathtakingly beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bar was also fantastic with excellent drinks for an even more excellent price. The location of the hotel is also very desirable since it is in close walking distance to many great restaurants and sights such as the Old Town and Mogren Beach. Not to mention the neighborhood grocery store across the street was great for when we wanted a midnight snack or to pick up things to take to the beach. My family cannot wait to return to Budva because this hotel. Cannot recommend more!"

"We spent 4 nights at Aqua Resort, as a party of 6 adults, and had a great time. The views are amazing, and despite the very steep hill, it is worth trekking up. The pool is a welcome addition, and the host, Elena, is amazing, genuinely wants you to have a nice stay and is always giving useful information to make sure our time in Budva is enjoyable. Taxi tips, restaurant recommendations and just very kind and welcoming."
