I did not like this hotel and I felt very unsafe staying here. There were two females fighting and screaming outside my room nearby at 3:45 in the morning and it did not stop until way past 4am. You can hear what the people next to you are saying. I could hear a baby crying next door to us off and on all night. You can hear people walking by your room at all hours of the night and my keys stopped working several times. Let’s not also forget the lights in my room kept turning off and on by themselves. I won’t be staying here again.

There was no hot water. At first, when we called the front desk Anika instructed us to leave the water running....it had been running for a minimum of 20 minutes. I Called again she said it was only our room because the lobby had hot water. That was obviously not plausible. I proceeded to ask so you are telling me my room has its own separate water heater and plumbing?! I had a teen on her mentrual cycle and a 4 yr old. How are we supposed to shower with only cold water?! She's like ma'am give me 2 min. I told her it already been 45 minutes. I of course received no resolution in 2 minutes. I went to the lobby spoke to Annika in person who then said it turned out there was no hot water in the entire property and she was scared because she noticed not even the lobby had water. Surprise, surprise. She said she had maintenance scrambling to fix it but they couldn't do anything she said she called her manager Ammar and they had a company coming out to fix it. Mind you, I had plans for my daughter's birthday to visit Disneyland for her first time. It was a complete inconvenience. I asked for them to cancel my reservation as I checked in until after 3 am on Monday May 6th and it was not even 8 am. Annika stated she understood completely and that I needed to reach out to Expedia as I booked the 3 nights with them...they would in turn reach out to their Howard Johnson property & they would gladly let them know the situation. Expedia supposedly cannot reach Ammar so no refund for me.

The Lobby was closed, checked in at small window, $100 usd deposit, no parking available close to the room , no elevator on sight, needs a renovation or at least a really good clean up, a guy was swearing out loud and talking by himself at the breakfast room.

It's not somewhere where I would stay again. Walls are very thin. Outside of the area is very dirty. I will say the bed were comfortable.

The room was disgusting - the floor was growing mold from the fridge and bathroom leaking, the windows screens were torn and someone could easily climb out and in with the window as open upon arrival. The bedding was stained, the hottub wasn't operational for most the trip, the pool chairs were broken and sun rotting. Worst HoJo Inn I have ever stayed in by far.

The pool and jacuzzi need to be repainted, the furniture around that area was very old and tattered. There were homeless people near the property in one occasion there was a person living out of their car loitering there. The breakfast in the pictures of their website did not match what they were serving. They had toast, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee, nothing else. There were hand prints that look like it was blood on the roof in my room and also a blood stain on the toilet paper when we arrived.

Very out dated. Had to switch room because the room was not like advertised. Very bad damage to the walls. Sketchy person next door with a connecting door. Did not feel safe. Only stayed because another family member booked here from out of state and did not read the reviews.

Filthy and dirty hotel. Blow dryer in my room was broken found out when I had to use it at 7am. My lamp in my room was broken so half side of my room was dim when it got dark out.
The drain in my bathroom tub was clogged so the water was 6 inches above my feet while I showered the entire time. If your visiting from out of town (I was) there’s no elevators so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Worst of all staff came into my room even though I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign up!!! You are not suppose to come into my room! That really set me off! For the amount I paid for the room was over hundred a night! I would of expected this kind of crappy service for less at a dirty motel! But for the amount I paid, this was not worth my money! Worst experience in a hotel be far! Honestly!

The shower was dirty with hair still on the walls. The drain was clogged and the water would take a long time to drain while showering. The shower head, knobs, and sink were full of mold and disgusting black residue.
Shower curtain was also stained along with the pillows. The place just felt really dirty and old.
