"The King Suite was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully prepared with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the hotel itself was excellent, it was truly the staff who made this experience outstanding. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful of our privacy, conveniently servicing the room while we were out and consistently restocking supplies without ever needing reminders. The front desk team—particularly David and Edgardo—were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. David, in particular, enhanced our experience with outstanding restaurant recommendations, assistance with reservations, car service arrangements, and patiently answering our many questions. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a meaningful difference. The morning breakfast and Executive Lounge offered delicious food and beverages each day, adding an extra level of comfort and convenience. The pool area provided a relaxing, private spa-like atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to returning and sincerely thank the entire team for delivering exceptional service from start to finish."

"Room was excellent, spacious with a sectional couch, table for 4, floor to ceiling windows, well equipped kichen and spacious bathroom. Even an office! Breakfast buffet was great every day with different options all 8 days, made to order omelettes. Pool and gym were lovely, never a shortage of seating and lots of shade if needed. Great central location, 1 block from the subway, close to lots of restaurants, easy walk to the ocean. "
