"Parking lot needs serious attention but other than that the room was super clean and the a/c & heater worked perfect as it did get a lil chilly last night. And the fact that they have legit smoking rooms is a big reason why i try to stay there when i need a room. All in all its a nice inexpensive place for a stay-cation lol"
"HVAC works but it was not very clean, some of our lights just flickered and did not stay on. The shower had a constant leak and we didnt even have a smoke detector. Just wires hanging from the ceiling."
"This property is under renovation which usually isn’t such a big deal but this was sloppy and dirty. Debris up and down the halls, stairwell full of trash, side door busted and permanently open (non-secure whatsoever).
My room was equally as filthy and cannot imagine how someone passed that off as clean. Dirty tub, filthy floor, and uncountable stains on the walls. I stayed on top of the blanket and didn’t dare dig into the mattress situation.
This cheap experience was not worth saving $10 this versus that. Next time go with that."
"My reservation included complimentary breakfast, which I specifically paid extra for; however, the hotel still attempted to charge me, so we ended up going elsewhere. I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights.
While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative did not honor the two-night arrangement as discussed. Had I known this, I would have stayed in the original room.
To make matters worse, the room itself was unacceptable. There was blood on the pillow upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of smoke despite being a non-smoking room, and there was visible mold and mildew in the bathroom.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience due to both poor communication and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here."
"Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to leave. I would not stay here again "
"We recently stayed here and overall the stay was okay, but there were a few basic issues that were disappointing. The first night before heading out to dinner, I went to take a shower and noticed the shower gel was completely empty. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning, and while they did provide bar soap, I personally prefer shower gel. Unfortunately, the dispenser was still not refilled, and there was also no shampoo available for my morning shower.
Breakfast was another letdown. On Sunday morning, the waffle batter was empty, which was disappointing since that’s something we were looking forward to. We ended up rushing out on road to search for breakfast.
For a stay that cost around $600, I was expecting the bare minimum necessities to be available and maintained, but that wasn’t the case. Just a few small details could have made a big difference in the overall experience."
"The room cleanliness was not great. The room had a lot of dust in corner that’s were never swept . The breakfast wasn’t kept up and the gentleman working looked liked he didn’t want to be there"
"This is probably the cheapest stay you will find. You pay for what you get, bedding was clean, but the room looks like has not been meticulously cleaned in years. Like in the corners near the fridge there is old dehydrated food and dirt. Overall it will save the day if you are on a budget, the people who works there is nice."
