Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking in, we found roaches, which made it impossible for us to stay. When we addressed this with the front desk, the associate was rude and dismissive, stating that the property was under construction and that they weren’t forcing us to stay. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and told us we had to go through Expedia instead. The room itself was in poor condition— the bathroom door had two poorly patched holes that weren’t even painted. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this establishment.

I am so upset, after arriving we found out that this property is being used for homeless and child services, it was scary and unsafe, this was not told me or advertised. I had to book another hotel for twice the amount to feel safe. It should not be listed without this being told to the person renting a room, please let me know if you can do anything. I didnt even stay

Cobwebs on the windows, the night shift front desk was rude also the person I talked on the phone with his boss. Treated me like garbage. The smell in the building smelt like someone pooped in the hallway had to buy Lysol spray to spray the hallway. That didn’t even take the smell out. One thing is the guy during check in who was working was very nice!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR THE HOMELESS USED BY NEW YORK STATE. Conditions were horrendous. There was black mold in the bathroom, the shower overflowed, linens smelled unclean, TV was broken, there were people screaming at each other in the next room and children crying. We checked out after a couple of hours. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. I’m extraordinarily disappointed that Expedia would allow a place like this to offer rooms to travelers.

I requested a refund because this hotel is for homeless and we went to another hotel instead. I chat with Expedia and they answered me and I talked with them about this hotel. The front desk did the refund. This hotel very very bad and they have bad smell._

Someone attempted to get into our room 3 times at about 11 pm, the last time, actually unlocking the door and attempting to slam it open. I had the slide lock on or they would’ve been in our room. I called the front desk and he put me on hold and never got back on the line. I will never stay here again and can’t recommend more strongly that you don’t stay here, especially if you have children.
