"Beautiful property and exceptional service!I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, and the regal atmosphere made me feel like I was staying in a castle. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. My only critique is that the TV experienced a minor connection issue, frequently cutting in and out. However, this didn't ruin a truly wonderful and memorable experience."

"It has been my go to place for a couple years now as I live in Pennsylvania, but travel outside the country so I have to go up to Buffalo to catch a flight to get there. I enjoy Danielle‘s sense of humor and company at the bar when I stay there. I also noticed some new evening staff as it’s been two months since I was there last that also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good also. This was the first time I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms was quite nice. Thank you, kurt ramsey"

"Standard hotel room and served its purpose well. The lobby was beautiful and was an easy check in/out. Staff at front desk were very helpful letting us know to use the street car as it’s free and takes you down to Keybank center."

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "
