"This was a stay en route to Cornwall. We’ve stayed a few times before. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and breakfast though I feel a few cut-backs have been applied which aren’t what we expected of this quality of hotel. A couple of other issues were instantly addressed."

"It was extremely friendly and relaxed. Very tasteful in every way. Calm and the staff all seemed to love working there and were always smiling and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with lovely touches. Cannot praise this hotel enough. All the staff members were very helpful and friendly especially Adie. Absolutely loved this three night break."

"The hotel was good but the surrounding area is very run down with lots of begging in the streets. The facade of the hotel is not as depicted. The palms shown in the advertising are no longer there. Parking was in a local council car park which was understood, but parking was dearer than advised.. No street parking available other than metered. Torquay very run down and grubby."
