"The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. "I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”"
