Abzüge gibt es für folgende Punkte:
Dreck im Zimmer (Stoff vom Stuhl sehr eklig). Abgenutzte Kissen. Fußweg zum Frühstück, da nicht im selben Gebäude. Gebühren für Parken, auf die man nicht hingewiesen wurde. Sehr unpraktische und teuere Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto."
"Beautiful historic building in great condition. The hotel manager called us ahead of time to check on our ETA, and provided us with instructions for our check in after hours. The hotel has its own parking area within own premises. The room was very nice, clean and with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast was served in an expansive glass room, and there was a good selection of quality food."
"Wir fanden das ganze Hotel sehr schön. auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und Höfflich. Auch Wünsche wurden erfüllt.! Ich glaube ich kann mir das Urteil so erlauben, da ich selber im Hotel Wesen beschäftigt bin..

"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight.
Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."
