"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. Red flag #1. When we got to our room, things went downhill real quickly. I don't mind if the room is dated, but this place looked like...

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me.
