"Hotel located in a very convenient part of Prague. Close to shops/bars/walk into centre and Big Red Bus routes. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Staff helpful and prompt when required. Service staff efficient but lacked engagement - could be a language issue. We had a small balcony and would have been nice if had been weeded. Overall a great stay and would recommend."

"Only complaint was two of the elevators were not working so would have to wait a long time for an elevator. Was so glad that they had several usb ports in the room. I forgot to bring my travel converter plug to charge our things, so happy they had more than one. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check in too."

"This place is all about the location. If you book a room with a river view, it's a great view. We could see part of the the Castle/St. Vitus from our room which was a beautiful site to wake up to. The place was spotless when we walked in and it was nice to have a room with a dishwasher/fridge/wash machine. We were lucky with the weather, but I think the absence of AC should be more clearly communicated. Still, the owners really need a better lock system. EVERYONE staying there had trouble opening the front door with the code. They also need to figure out the trash situation - it was quite unpleasant to return at the end of the day to an overflowing trash room as soon as you entered the front door. They also could supply soap for the shower or even a place to put soap/shampoo/etc. in the shower. In other words, while the place has its issues, but we would probably stay there again during the cooler months in order to be within 25 minute walking distance Old Town, across the street from the river, and close to the trams."
