"I loved the location, the staff and the room. However, I would suggest avoiding a room right above the outside terrace. A loud party kept us up until past midnight. The staff handled it gracefully and quickly and did not happen any other night."

"I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo. The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which felt somewhat limited. It would be great to see a wider and more varied choice, particularly with more options to cater to different tastes. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location with friendly and attentive staff."

"Overall the hotel was very good, staff were excellent, and we made use of the swimming pool and the spa facility every day. Location was not far from Old City. Breakfast and the Fusion food was very good. Moreover we enjoyed our view of the city from our hotel room."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It is excellent, with Baščaršija, restaurants, cafés and most of the main sights all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or other meals, and there is also a café just outside the hotel. The main thing to be aware of is that there is no lift. We were staying on the top floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to climb up and down every day. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Breakfast is very basic, but it is just about enough to get you going in the morning. I do wish they started serving it a little earlier, especially for guests leaving early on full-day tours. Despite these small drawbacks, I would still give the hotel 5 stars. The location is hard to beat, the hotel worked very well for our stay, and having so much within walking distance made exploring Sarajevo extremely easy."
