"The room was quite dusty. There was rust on the lamps. The heating took A LONG time to turn on (around 30 mins) and I had to call reception who instructed me to set the temperature to max 30 degrees for it to work. But, the very worst thing is that there was NO hot water in the shower. I called the reception three times and left voicemail but nobody bothered returning my calls. Having hot water to shower should be the absolute basic necessity of accommodation. I will never ever stay there again."

"The room was so cold, we turned the heater up to maximum but tge temperature never went pass 19 degrees. The pillows are smelly of old dirty smell ingrained in the pillows themselves, not from the pillow cases. The towels are threadbare and the white colour has changed to grey, they look dirty and disgusting."

"First stay. This place is in a great spot. The staff are so friendly. Good parking. Great mini bar, breakfast and in room dining options. On the downside - the room I was in was half good and half bashed up. I find it hard to explain. For intance: lightfittings that hold two bulbs - one has it's cover, one exposed. Areas that paint touchups are everywhere. Not all lights working. Loosely hanging cords. What appeared to be a car radio installed in a beside table. All that said, the retro wall behind the mini bar is a leftover from the 70's and is spectacular! I can see they're updating. The bedding is clean, modern and appropriate. The carpet is new and fresh. The TV is smart and huge. The wall mounted reverse cycle machine is new. So I will stay again and see how they go over time."
