"Lines were extremely long at the Cafe and Buffet restaurants. Impossible to walk outside the property on the river side due to all the flying bugs. Slot machines were extremely tight and not paying off for most guests. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Security was very visible and made guests feel safe. Hotel registration check-in was easy and online check-out seamless. The Bell Service and Valet Service were very efficient and friendly."

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
