When we arrived, there were two people waiting for rooms ahead of us. The person behind the counter did not know what rooms were cleaned and what rooms weren't. We waited 3 hours to get our room. We were given a room that wasn't clean which we said was fine as we were tired and ready to get to sleep. We were given bedding and towels and then made up the bed and also wiped down the toilet and counters. The next day, we asked to be moved to another room and it was great. The staff was wonderful and tried their best to take care of us but the first night was about the worst hotel experience we have had.

Owner is very nice and friendly so is her staff, the view is amazing. Been staying here for a year once a month mostly, they been doing upgrades.

When we arrived there was a very nice older lady who was working by herself. She wasn’t sure which rooms were clean. She couldn’t walk very well and had to drive her car down to check the rooms to see which ones were available. Twice. Zero help and apparently the computer went down. To no fault of her we made our own bed and brought down towels. The room smells like cat pee. I give her a 10 for her effort and shame on the owner and/or manager who left her by herself.

The breakfast it states it’s not a true breakfast not even the continental breakfast it stated was not served. The front desk clerk stated that the food danishes order was delayed. Disappointed only had coffee. Thank God.

I booked a suite but the tv didn’t work they have no staff to help and the lady in the front doesn’t want to move or do anything there was a suite next door with a tv and a fridge I needed and she didn’t bother to check staff is extremely lazy I’ll never stay here again!
