"Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and I just wanted a refund, front desk wouldn’t do it. I booked through Expedia and they wouldn’t even work with Expedia. Called corporate because of how bad it was, but they couldn’t help because we “booked through expedia”. You would think you would want to keep up your brand reputation."

"This place is gross! We pulled up, checked in and went to our room. The smell in the hallways and room was awful. It smelled like smoke and marijuana everywhere we went. The garbage cans outside were overflowing and there was random people just hanging out around the hotel. Everything was very outdated and dirty. The lady at the front desk was nice but she’s about the only good thing about this hotel. My husband and I were traveling with our 4 children and we were absolutely not staying there. We checked out and went to a different hotel about 2 exits away. We checked out as fast as we could. If you care for your family at all, avoid this hotel."
