"Spacious rooms with adequate facilities.
Some varied pillows might be nice (all were pretty flat).
Close to town.
Lovely staff & cleaners.
Nothing fancy, but good place to stay."

"Clean, pristine, clean, safe, impeccably managed, clean. Did I mention clean? This motel was a breath of fresh air on our road trip. We have been staying in a few motels that review as clean, and mostly they are, but there's usually somewhere they let themselves down (ie grotty mould around the bottom of showers). Acacia Motor Inn did not. The property is immaculate. Every day staff are cleaning something, emptying bins, tidying up. The management and staff run a tight ship. To our delight they even clean your room while you're out. Not many motels offer this although it's in their best interests. They keep on top of cleanliness by offering this service.
While the rooms have a few dated elements they don't feel dated because they are recently refurbished ... and spotless. Thick white towels, white linens. I can't help gushing about the motel. Landing at Acacia for three nights after a run of underwelming motel stays kind of makes you want to gush.
We booked a queen but had to be moved to a family. We did not mind because the room was at the back of the property away from the main road. We slept like logs in a super comfy bed. We also felt safe. With crime the way it is everywhere at the moment, it is nice to be in a motel where you feel safe.
Well done to the owners and staff of Acacia. And a special thanks to the wonderful cleaners who clean the rooms everyday, you do an amazing job."
"It was very close to shops to get anything I need. Very easy to check in and out and plenty of parking. It is oretty, old but a safe place to sleep at night and I expect nothibg more."
