"The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and quiet, bad shower
"We stayed just one night at this location. Parking really isn't available here. The check in/out was good. Room was very nice. Friendly staff. One elevator out of order. My one complaint would be that the shower pan didn't drain so I had to turn off the shower lather up and then rinse. Otherwise, ..."

The breakfast in terms of food & experience was very poor- very few staff around so had to wait some time to get help - for example there was no teacup or butter & I eventually had to leave the restaurant to get attention from a member of staff.
