"Oriol, muchísimas gracias por tu amabilidad, atención y el detalle con nos has tenido. Volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel mayormente por la experiencia que hemos tenido contigo. Hasta pronto amigo!"
"Comfortable stay in spacious, clean room. Easy walking distance to town an beautiful town and mountains view s from room. Nice, helpful staff. Good parking Delicious breakfast "
"We loved our room with the balcony area that provided a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff were very welcoming and spoke English which was very helpful! Beds were super cozy and the room had ample space for moving around and storing our luggage. We also loved that there was onsite parking."
"Excellent setting - stunning views all around the apartments! Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment - only downside was no air con during a heatwave! Had to ask to borrow 2 fans which didn’t really do much. Couldn’t leave the windows opened as we tried one night and got bitten to death by mosquitos!! Was unbearably hot but understand the apartments were built for the snow season! Otherwise, excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. "
"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel.
To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry.
This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company.
There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."

If you're concerned about a clean environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of safety away from shared hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you the experience of travel.
