"My friend and I stayed at this hotel in July 2026. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was very clean. The AC worked well. We had a little balcony which we enjoyed a lot. The best part of this hotel is its location ; right by the beach and also its rooftop pool that we used often as well. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was great. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown which felt fine. I would definitely stay here again."

"Brilliant location close to the beach and two fantastic restaurants. The food on the al-a-carte menu in Belmar was also great. We had a first floor apartment overlooking one of the pools and easy access to the carpark via a lift which was good for our son who has a heart condition. Highly recommend Belmar and their staff."

"The room was great, really spacious, beds were also very comfortable, toiletries included, even dishwasher tablets. The balcony was huge with an amazing view of the sea. Only down side was the pool Very small and in the shade but right near the beach so not too much of an issue and the hotel next door (carvi beach) allowed us to use their pool."

"Super endroit, bien situé, très propre. Terrasse sur le toit avec une belle vue. Le seul petit "hic" est l'isolation des murs côté rue. Bruyant quand les véhicule passe."

"We had a family suite for 4 people which was very spacious and had a good size kitchen. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by with good food choices."
