"I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. The only thing that was kind of tough was they weren’t very flexible with early check-in or late checkouts but they were very kind and did it try to get me in as early as they could. Though they did not have much flexibility which I’m sure was solely due to the high volume of bookings because of Oktoberfest. There was some hair on the bathroom floor. I think maybe it just wasn’t quite cleaned properly prior to my stay but other than those very minor details it was generally very clean.l and it smelled absolutely lovely when I entered the room and the staff was very kind."

"Clean, spacious room. Kitchenette, but no cooking utensils. Close to bus stop so travel was easy. Having a grocery store attached was a great bonus. Spa/Pool area was amazing! We loved unwinding after long days of touring Munich. Room was a bit dark and the fan didn’t work, but easy stuff to fix I’m sure if needed. Overall, we were pleased with our 4 day stay at this hotel."

"Great hotel with friendly staff. Reasonable sized rooms and almost all things worked well. While location is not the most prime, easy transport access. Great breakfast, bar, coffee and some snacks Some things to note: some items could be added, such as tissue or even robe, more hangers. Cleaning was not done on the weekend. One day there was a problem with Wifi in the room. Overall 5* experience!"

"I arrived earlier than the check in time (2:30pm, for a 3pm check in) and was told my room category was not ready, so I went for a walk. When I came back at 2:30pm my room was still not ready (again fine as I was early), so at 3pm I was told that there were still no Premium Rooms available. Normally, in this instance, you'd expect to be offered the next category up, but I was offered the Standard Room (and nothing in the way of compensation). I had to take it because I needed to be somewhere within the hour. The room I was give was spacious, with a comfortable bed, but it had no safe or ironing board (the latter I was able to order from housekeeping) The bathroom was also a good size with a nice powerful shower, but it did not drain too well. No noise from outside or neighbouring rooms, so a good nights sleep. I did not have time to use any of the facilities but it looked like there were some good options. The hotel is a five minute walk from the nearest underground station which takes you straight into town. I would stay again for the price paid, as overall it was a nice experience."

"Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither."
