"Very impressed with our stay here. The room (single king) and bathroom were both very spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel altogether seemed well maintained"
"Staff was nice and I have no complaints with them. But the room was very rundown with holes in the walls and chipping paint. Room had a very unpleasant moldy smell-which could be contributed to the fact that the toilet leaked and was running alot after flushing. Also, the floor we were on had very loud guests all night long, slamming doors, dogs barking, arguing and yelling-not consistent with a good nights sleep. I can not recommend this hotel."
"This hotel was dirty and is unsafe. The first room we were given had bugs visible everywhere, no smoke detector (just bare wires where it should have been) and had a stench of cigarettes in this "no smoking room." The staff came to the room with a can of perfume and said she could not smell cigarettes even though there were burn marks on furniture edges, toilet seats etc. We were moved to another room which was bug free but same result in regards to cigarette burns and NO SMOKE DETECTOR. The bed linens had not been changed so they provided new ones and we got to make a bed on vacation, not great. There are renovations in progress and our room was in the construction area...we had to walk around light fixtures dangling at head height to get to the room. This hotel should not be operating while under reconstruction. There were heaps of trash in the parking lot. The online pictures do not factually indicate what this place is like."
"Breakfast was poorly provided. Having to ask for food even right in the middle of the breakfast time slot. Many walking away without eating.
Staff seemed a bit unconcerned of guests needs
Shower in our room was clean for the most part but where it was leaking out to the floor had some mold beginning to grow. Room 117 has a poor seal at the bottom of the door and required mopping with our towels."
"There were holes in the curtains and cigarette burns in the comforter. The bathroom door was busted and wouldn’t close and the toilet doesn’t flush completely. There were no towels and the smoke detector would not stop going off. When I went to the front desk to get towels I told the man at the desk about the smoke detector. He said it sounds like the battery is dead. I followed him to the laundry room for towels and he reached into the dryer and handed me two wadded up towels. He came to the room about 5 minutes and handed me the battery to change myself. When going out for the day the next morning I let the housekeepers know the soap dispenser was empty and there was no shampoo at all. She said she would take care of it. We came back that night and killed a couple of roaches in the room and went to sleep. This morning I went to take a shower and the soap dispenser was till empty and there was no shampoo. I booked here simply expecting the bare minimum because of the price however the bare minimum didn’t exist and no one worked here cared. They all looked like they had given up on life. For what I got I was overcharged. The AC worked."
"Very disappointing experience. We had to change rooms three times, and each room was worse than the one before. There was visible mold on the walls, stained furniture, and dirty sheets. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. The conditions were so poor that we were unable to stay and had to find other accommodations. We are still trying to obtain a refund. I would not recommend this property based on our experience."
