"Definitely a very unusual and extremely interesting accommodation option. Staying in a largely intact former very significant monastery was, from a historical perspective, fascinating. We travel a lot and stay in many upscale hotels, but nothing quite like this. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely villa type place. Wonderful breakfast and gentleman serving was wonderful. Only improvement would be screens on the windows to get fresh air ( mosquitos). Free on site parking."

"As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. If you want something to drink you have to walk from where you are eating and grabbing food to across the hotels lobby and to the bar. The only alcoholic drinks are...

We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional. Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"
