"Very disappointing stay – not worthy of its rating Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far below expectations. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. There was hardly any choice – even simple options for children, such as pancakes, were not available. Only one type of omelet was offered, and everything felt very basic. If you arrived later for breakfast, much of the food was already gone and was not properly replenished. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed linen had visible stains, there was dust and rubbish under the bed, and the wardrobe doors had strange red stains that looked like blood. The refrigerator was not working, and neither was the air conditioning. Our room faced directly onto the metro, tram, and train lines, making it almost impossible to sleep because of the constant noise. Daily housekeeping was supposed to be included, but during our five-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. The bed linen was never changed, and tea and coffee supplies were never refilled. At the coffee station, there were even used empty coffee cups left out. We had booked and paid for a larger, more comfortable room, but all the rooms we received were identical, with no sign of the upgraded category we had reserved. The service was poor overall. We requested takeaway breakfast because we had an early flight, but the hotel refused to prepare anything for us. The hallways were also dirty, the promised bathrobes were missin"

"- Room not cleaned / towels not replaced despite multiple requests. - TV did not work yet technician never came (also requested). - Shower ran constantly varying from cold to scolding hot. - Room very warm, no temperature control. "

"All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "

"The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the TV tower and shopping mall. The only issue was with our room that had a smell from the sewer, but would less when the air conditioner was running."

"Room was clean tidy and in good condition at time of visit. Quite compact, I was in a double room on my own and there wasn’t much space or storage for my 5 days of clothes etc. looks like the hotel has been renovated recently, everything pretty fresh and functional. Great little gym which I was very glad of, all new equipment."

"Excellent hotel and charming staff. Facilities great and well maintained. Superb location both for walking and the transport network. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive but very good - be hungry or get it outside!"

El desayuno (por 23 euros) es un buffet bastante con completo con opciones dulces, saladas, panes, frutas, fiambres, bebidas, etc."
