The room was well kept. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Temperature in room was good. The breakfast was satisfactory but could be replenished alittle more. Maybe add hot chocolate packets to drinks. Very satisfied will my stay!

Location: Some improvement construction currently happening. Didnt realize that the property was located in the poor side of town, so no fancy restaurants near by. So many one way streets, but not the hotels fault. It was a puzzle getting around. Room: first room reeked of cigarettes, so front desk ...

Very clean, super comfy beds! Didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time there due to being there for a baseball tournament, but would recommend!

The Kate
This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
