"The hall way smelled of smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were coming up, there was a foot print on the ceiling, the room had an odor. I wouldn't stay there again."
"This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms.
If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. It's too close to the lobby where people gather and play games, pool, etc in the evenings.
In cold weather, I miss carpet on the floor in the rooms. The HVAC system can be wonky running the temperature higher or lower than it's set to.
Beds are firm but comfortable and rooms are always clean. There is very little storage for clothes, a few hangars on a bar and no drawers. Just fyi-not an issue for us.
The breakfast is good. Always well stocked with an attendant who really hustles! There is a microwave in the breakfast/lobby area which is useful when the oatmeal or hot water for tea isn't hot enough. (There are no microwaves in the rooms).
We have stayed many times on visits to family and will do so again."
"Called immediately after making a reservation online and asked if they could make sure I could get a room with a bathtub, the lady said that was totally fine and that she would make a note so when my room gets set that it would be a room with a bathtub. When I got there and asked if I was getting a bathtub room they said yes. My room didn't have a bathtub lol so I went out and thankfully they changed rooms. We stayed two nights, the first morning there the breakfast was pretty good, but the second morning we showed up at a totally reasonable time (nearly 2 hours before breakfast was set to end) and they were practically out of everything. The trash cans outside were overflowing with trash, and the pool was really cold."

10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."
