The exercise room was clean, efficient, and well-maintained. I was especially happy that it included free weights, which made it easy to keep up with my workout routine. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and was more than ample. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value for the price I paid. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"My cousins and I were in town to see the Chicago Cubs play the St Louis Cardinals. This Hampton Inn & Suites was the perfect place to stay for the night. It is about a 20-minute Uber ride to the park but worked really well for us. It was very clean. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good and quite delicious. The lady who worked at breakfast, I did not catch her name, was so kind and sweet. I always look for clean hotels and this one definitely was great!"

"They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay."
