"From check-in to check-out, everything was easy. All of the staff were extremely nice and extremely helpful. Each and every one, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others!! I was not happy with Hotels.com, which had nothing to do with the hotel, and I do not think I will ever use Hotels.com to book a stay anywhere again. I would have been better off contacting the hotel directly which, having learned my lesson, I will do from now on. "
