"First time we stayed in a Shepard hut . Went to Cornwall for some surfing at various beaches . The hut is very close to wadebridge shops and pubs and there’s local supermarkets close as well . It’s very very quiet and private as well , and there’s a log burning hot tub , at the property as well and a couple of sun loungers .there is some cooking equipment if you are prepared to make a meal using 2 hob stove . As I can cook almost anywhere given a pot and a heat source I found it ok to cook meals...

"We’ve just had a fantastic stay at Sea Barn and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Sarah was an amazing host from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. The property was spotless, relaxing, and extremely well maintained throughout. "The Alverton is the perfect place to stay for exploring Cornwall and surrounds or for a peaceful get away. The hotel and grounds are lovely - our room was spacious with a sitting area in front of a large window overlooking to courtyard. The restaurant had a great ambience and food was delicious and well presented; relatively small range of choices but fresh and interesting; breakfast was plentiful and al a carte for hot food definitely an advantage. Availability of fresh Sandwiches in the bar after travel was a bonus. The carpet was quite worn in places but other furnishings were beautiful. Definitely the best place to stay in comparison to other offerings in the region"
