"We checked in late. Booked a king room with balcony. Had to switch rooms at 130am. The toilet don’t flush. The shower head was falling off. The room was not very clean. I was really upset that our room wasn’t to a check in standard. When we switched rooms. I got downgraded to a double bed room. No balcony and got a bathtub instead of glass shower. The room had a beeping sound coming out of the outlet. We couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. And we had to put pillows over the outlet. The whole hotel smelled like pot. This hotel does not live up to the Hilton standards at all. I was told the property manager would be contacting me for a refund on the downgrade and that never happened "

"This location is fantastic. The cattle drive goes right outside and some of the covered wagons wait in the parking lot. You can't get closer to the action. Staff was lovely and the breakfast was incredible. The quality of the food was far superior of other free hotel breakfasts that I have had. This was a fantastic value for being in the hear of the stockyards! Will return"

"We inly stayed over night but I will be staying again the next time Im in Ft. Worth. The property was very modern and clean. The room was also very nice and clean. "

"I stayed at the Hyatt beginning March 20 while taking my three-year-old daughter to Peppa Pig World to celebrate her birthday. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (a young man) was very kind, attentive, and made check-in quick and easy, which I really appreciated after traveling. Later that evening, around 10:30 PM, I realized our room did not have any hand towels or face towels. I went to the front desk to request those items, along with an extra comforter for my daughter. I was informed by a staff member (I believe her name was Palin) that laundry had not been completed for the past two days, so they were out of hand towels, face towels, and additional comforters. Unfortunately, we had to make do with what we had that night. During the night I woke up to find a roach on the ceiling, which was very concerning. I reported this to the front desk early that morning and showed them a photo. The staff responded quickly and were attentive in addressing the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was mixed. While some staff members were helpful and professional—especially the gentleman who assisted me at the end—there were clear issues with basic necessities not being available, as well as cleanliness concerns. I’m grateful for the efforts made to resolve things, but I do wish things were a little better. "
