"This hotel is very outdated and not very clean. When you are in the room and see a rat run across the room. That should say everything! We checked out before our stay ended once we seen that in our room."
"Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor was sticky. After one night, we asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. We returned and it was cleaned, however, the floor wasn't swept or mopped at all. Same sticky floor. We used a bath towel to wipe up the floor and it was filthy! The towel was pretty dark after we were done. Appears it is never mopped which is really gross and ridiculous. Breakfast - it's great if you get there early, but if you go down there at 9:00 am, good luck, most hot foods are empty and when we asked the lady replenishing, she acted like it was a problem for her to fill things back up. We will never stay here again."
"We paid $205 just to have 1 relaxing day/night away from our kids. We wanted to swim and get in the hot tub. We were completely unaware that there would be 2 travel baseball teams AND 2 weddings going on there at the time. Meaning the pool area was completely full of kids the entire time and we didn’t get a chance to get it at all. We tried again to go down to the pool area and get into the hot tub during the last 20 minutes it was open, hoping that it would be cleared out by then. There was still kids and the hot tub water was overflowing and cold. Very very disappointing and huge waste of money."
