"Great Hotel! They are undergoing a refresh but only have the 1st floor left. Our room was already redone and what a great room! Awesome staff, great breakfast, great location. Will stay here again and again!"

"The hotel was in ok shape. I felt bad for the worker on a busy Sunday morning to be doing breakfast and Front desk all on his own either understaffed or bad scheduling for that reason breakfast was pretty limited but he was trying to do as much as he could. "

"On the drive to hotel I received a message water park and pool was closed. I told them I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. NO REFUND NO RESPONSE we were going here just for a get away for the kids to literally go swimming and relax that’s all I’ve heard of this happening often at this hotel and think not issuing a refund when a major amenity isn’t available is unacceptable!"

"Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4. Room had no shampoo or conditioner Room had no linens for pull out bed. Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night. "

"Had to wait for 10 minutes just to check in as front desk clerk was in the pool area talking with friends. Layout of rooms was confusing. Walls are paper thin and was loud in the room during the night hours. Located right off the highway so you had to listen to it all night as the room didn’t have AC. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. "

"There was no hot water in the sink. The shower was ok. Also I was getting bit during the night on the side I lay on. I'm hypersensitive to any bug bites. I'm sorry but I was very uncomfortable the whole weekend."
