Room not immaculate as paint peeling in places and shower door in wet room seemed to not close as meant to. Breakfast was beeing cleared when we went down 30 mins before end time, but lady was lovely and put it out for us."

"So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!"
