"Check in was smooth. Location great for city centre, but you can hear a lot of noise from car park, entrance, hallways and other room doors opening and closing!"

"While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...

"Property / room was absolutely spotless. Garden was spotless, felt safe due to camera's in the hall way. He was very attentive, is polite and over all a pleasure and we will be back. Ive seen some reviews regarding deposits. Leave the property how you found it and he doesn't have a problem. We recieved ours back. "Wasn’t bad but they find a way to deduct money from your deposit. They said we broke a cloth hanger, frankly I didn’t even see the hanger because we spent one night and didn’t do any laundry so I don’t understand how we are responsible for that. I would advise anyone booking this apartment to go through everything and make pictures and videos because they would find a way to deduct money from your deposit. Other that that it’s an ok apartment"
