Really comfortable bed. Luxurious bathroom. Nice sitting room with tv.
Receptionist was lovely and really helpful.
Breakfast cooked to order, was fantastic.
Dinner just down the road at The Fence gate Inn, literally 100 yards away."

"Quirky with some lovely staff in the evening in the restaurant. The gardens are also beautiful but small things could really enhance the hotel to get more from its potential.
My stay improved after a few small disappointments. The room was warm and quiet. The meal on the second night was excellent (first night's green curry with poppadoms was less so and lacking in flavour)."
