"There isn't much positive to say about this hotel. It is in need of updates. Most of the hotel has seen its better days. There was paint missing in places, the pool area is very aged, there is a sauna listed but is used for a storage closet. The door in our bathroom has scratches on it from a dog. The water faucet leaked in the bathroom. At one point our water was shut off due to a water issue in another room. I did feel bad for the man that was trying to manage both the desk and breakfast area. When we got to breakfast, we had to wait for him to make more sausage and eggs. It just seemed disorganized. Next time, we will try to stay elsewhere."

"Don’t trust the address on the hotels app, it will take you to the middle of nowhere. And it’s reckless for hotels.com to not correct this when it affects someone’s ability to not stay in a hotel they couldn’t get to because of the error in address."

"We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The room was generally clean, although the shower floor could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it appeared stained and dirty. The bath and hand towels were thick, soft, and luxurious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. There were a few maintenance issues in the room. Both the body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty upon arrival, fortunately I had brought my own toiletries. In addition, the entry light bulb and one of the bathroom lights were burned out and needed replacement. A lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom would also be a very nice addition. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy and seemed to shut off during the night, making the room somewhat uncomfortable at times. Housekeeping service is available by request only. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. The food selection was excellent, the coffee was hot, plentiful, and delicious, and the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the lobby each morning with coffe"

"Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after."

"Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. "
