"Beautiful hotel with a luxurious pool with a view of the sunset overlooking the Tennessee River! Unfortunately my first room was dirty, the toilet was not cleaned at all, had urine and fecal particles all over it, had to switch rooms when I arrived at midnight. The little coffee tables and the nightstands were also not properly wiped, they were sticky and smelled in my other room. For such a beautiful and brand new hotel, they have GOT to hire a better cleaning crew because for me, cleanliness in a hotel should be #1 priority and non-negotiable. They should also 100% enforce the shoe/shirt requirement when entering from the pool area, as the lobby floor was wet all over at 9pm when I went to fill my water bottle, from all the guests coming through the lobby area from the pool. This is also a major slip/safety hazard especially for the elderly."
