"Had some trouble with not enough beds even though we booked for five guests. The front desk was accommodating but seemed annoyed at helping us. Our son had just been in the hospital for three days and we were trying to make it easy on him and his other siblings by not traveling late at night. After having us come back downstairs with all our stuff, she made it seem extra inconvenient that I had booked through hotels.com and decided to give us the same room with a rollaway bed. I did my best to stay calm with her and thanked her for helping us. The bed was comfy, the room was big for five people, breakfast was pretty good, and checkout was simple."
