"Ben greeted us on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all we needed The upstairs room was noisy and disturbed us until they settled. No carpeting to soften the noise. There were no opening windows so needed to have the door open to get fresh air. The breakfast was basic but adequate. However, there was not enough space for all guests to be seated. Overall a good stay."

"Beautiful hotel with a great view and quieter location compared to other part of the city. A few things to say that could have been better: 1) no TV in the room (not an issue for us since we stayed one night) 2) the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom in the bedroom 3) no place near the sink to put your toiletries 4) breakfast waitress was bit brisk 5) no elevator"

"Five stars because they gave me a room on the third floor with a fantastic ocean view and sunset. Totally unexpected since it was the cheapest hotel for night. Not sure if there’s any views from the second floor. Good coffee a few doors down."
