"Rooms were clean, nice decor and spacious. Breakfast had different option each day. Plenty of parking in back and easy access to building. Just one small downside was no ice machines. Clumped ice cubes in small bags were available in freezer."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times before. The rooms are always clean and maintained in great working order. The check in process was easy and friendly. I appreciated the bag of ice daily for my cooler. Regular size refrigerator is an amazing plus for the room. I was able to bring salads from home that stayed cooled. Huge plus. The room was quiet and faced the lake."

"The location is excellent & it was super quiet! The AC is a wall unit so it is also super quiet! The bed was comfy & for a no frills motel & the least expensive in Grand Rapids, I would stay there again for sure. They do accept dogs for an extra $25. Mohamed has an ice maker in the lobby & the refrigerator gets super cold."
