Amazing hotel

This is truly a great hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. The only let down was the wi-fi as the signal was extremely weak. The view from the room was excellent and at night was even better.

Amazing views 5 star service

The hotel is in a great location with amazing views of Bursa city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained and spotless. Our suite was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite included two bathrooms and a private sitting area with balconies. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was very reasonably priced and offered a true 5-star experience.

Outstanding hotel, Great views and 5 Star service

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Hotel truely offers great views of Bursa, has great Spa services and outdoor swimming pool. Hallway and corridor are spacious and the heavenly scent as soon as you step in is mind blowing. Customer service was extra ordinary (especially Nusrat and Muhammad at Conceirge Desk, they both made sure that I felt at home, very welcoming and gave me good tour of the hotel upon arrival) @Manager/Owner: if you reading this please know Nusrat and Muhammad are great assets to your hotel. I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay this much without their efforts and passion to look after hotel guests. They truely offered 5 Star service! 👌

Séjour convenable les voituriers sont très serviables. Concernant la chambre j’ai été déçue par la salle de bain, la séparation n’est pas très intime. Pour la propreté peut mieux faire car de la poussière sur le meuble TV ainsi que le chevalet. Superficie très bien et balcon agréable avec vue sur la ville c’est top.

Ertesi gün konuyu öğrendiğimde resepsiyonu aradım ve durumdan haberleri yoktu telafi için hiçbirşey yapılmadı defalarca arayıp destek istememe rağmen çözüm sunulmadı
