Me can or jan to rescue

It got of to a bad start as I checked in very late around 10 pm because my flight was delayed when I got into the room there was smoking smell everywhere in bedsheets towels even though I asked for non smoking room and there were signs in place for not smoking the first night was very uncomfortable and i asked the guy at the counter in the morning if he can help about the issue and he turned out to be very friendly and cooperative guy even said he can change the room but i said nothing wrong with room its nice spacious with garden view just need cleaning so he had everything replaced all the sheets and towels and had the room cleaned so happy ending for me… but its the people and they should respect the rules when there are signs in place for no smoking why would someone will smoke in the room when they can go to garden or outside but never mind mr jan ir can in Turkish to the rescue very helpful guy thanks
