Spa ayrı bir işletme ve çok dar, spa-otel ilişkisi rahat değil -- dermeçatma. Spa açısından tavsiye etmem. Otelin kendisi temiz, geniş ve ferah çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Ama asansör konusu çok sorunlu (bütün otel ve çalışanlar için tek bir asansör var). İkinci asansör yapıyorlardı, ama spa asansörü bozuktu, soğukta dışarıdan yürüyüp gelmek zorunda kaldık, spada yıkanmış olsak hasta olurduk kesin. Sadece açık havuz var kışları kapalı. Bence kendilerini spa otel olarak tanıtmamalılar, normal bir otel olarak gitsem daha yüksek puan verirdim. WiFi yok denecek kadar kötüydü bizim odada.

Ailemle konakladım çok memnun kaldım, temizlik, havuz, sauna mükemmeldi. Personelleri çok güler yüzlüydü. Kapalı açık otopark olmasınıda ayrıda beğendim. Bursa’ya tekrar yolum düşerse mutlaka burda konaklayacağım.
