"I would never recommend this hotel. The room was not clean at all chunks of dirt on the floor the jacuzzi tub appeared to have been painted but was scratch and nasty. A used vape was laying on the mattress between the wall and the mattress. We checked for bed bugs! Were the sheets even changed, who knows. We checked right out, in the room less than 10 minutes. They are now refusing to give us the money back for both nights. Poor customer service. Happy Anniversary weekend to us. The lady at the front desk was very kind but the management since has been poor, I called 3 days ago asking for a complete refund and crickets. Ridiculous!!"

"Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was great. Dog friendly. Felt safe. Close to downtown, goo location. Very affordable. Cons: no soap. At all. I asked and was offered dish soap. Glad I had hand sanitizer. Breakfast is mediocre, orange juice was gross.Tv needs an upgrade, picture was terrible. Couldnt close curtains all the way, so i was up when the sun was. Elevators are janky. This place is ok."

"Very nicely updated and they did a wonderful job preserving the authentic interior. The bar has a terrific selection and the restaurant menu had something for everyone. It's not a quiet location but that's kind of obvious being at the very center of town. I can imagine during the summer months there would be quite a bit more street noise but the later it got, the quieter it became. I was in room #8 so the kitchen exhaust was below my window (which I did not open) and that put out a bit of an unpleasant smell in my room from time to time. Next time I stay I will request a different room location but I really liked the hotel and all it's charm and would definitely stay here again!"

"We were surprised at this Super 8. It was EXCELLENT! The breakfast was ok; some fresh fruit would be great. The breakfast is a continental breakfast and waffle making station. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. ALL of the staff were extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. There was more than enough parking, with larger spots for RVs or Transport Trucks. We will stay here again if required and recommend it."
