"What a terrific spot! The bar was comfy, and cosy; the room clean, and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, and wonderful view of the viaduct and Whernside. And, the fish & chips - exceptional! For us, the staff made our stay, Will, Courtney, Angela, & Val, couldn't do enough for us, despite a very busy bank holiday weekend. Thank you, we had a great evening and a cracking breakfast to boot."

"Room was very clean and luxurious! Hot tub was lovely! The spa was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the charge for parking as we weren’t aware there was a cost, the amount was taken from my card and I was given a receipt at checkout but would have been nice to be aware of the charge before hand at check in. When paying so much for a hotel you would think parking is included. We would stay here again as it was a gorgeous break away. Food in the pub was very nice."
