Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - City Centre by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"-The hotel is in a good location about as close as you can get to the the city centre. -The staff were friendly and helpful at checking-in & check-out. -The room was clean and tidy the only issue was the shower unit leaked due to a bad seal on the door other than that I had no issues at all. -The breakfast was good quality and there was a decent selection of food to choose from."

"Hotel is lobby and bar area are beautiful, slight issue with our room paid for a superior double but on entering room I realised we had an adjoining door to another room which was occupied by other guests didnโ€™t like this idea at all ,the room was very small with the bed up against the wall nothing superior about the room ,the lady at reception confirmed it was infact a superior room but was happy to change me a better room , the location of hotel is perfect , I would stay here again"

"Lovely hotel. Poor check in experience; too view staff despite knowing the volume of guests that were likely to descend at same time and reception unfriendly."
